Welcome to the Strathpeffer Community Park, which is owned and managed by the Strathpeffer Residents' Association (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation SC046287) on behalf of our community.

This is a community-led initiative that will have wide-reaching health (physical and mental), environmental and economic benefits, especially for residents of Strathpeffer; Contin; Marybank, Scatwell and Strathconnon community council wards (map). Progress highlights to date:

• Phase 1 of the childrens' play area for 4yrs to 15yrs (COMPLETE)
• Phase 2 of the childrens' play area for toddler to 4yrs (COMPLETE)
• Bike-zone including introductory trail and all-weather pump track (COMPLETE)
• ​Community orchard (COMPLETE)
• Securing community ownership (COMPLETE)
• Obtaining planning permission (COMPLETE)
• Site drainage (COMPLETE)
• An all abilities path network  (ACCESS INFORMATION)
• Biodiversity enhancements - helping nature! (ONGOING)
