Meetings are really important if you want your organization to accomplish great things. In my opinion, it is the responsibility of the president to conduct such meetings. What are the benefits of meetings? Fist of all, meetings allow the members to voice out there concerns, it may be either bad or good. Second, meetings allow for healthy conversations and debates concerning certain projects and activities. If you ask me, meetings are really necessary for any organization, especially in today's era.
